FamilyLink.com Announces Improvements, Still Free
Genealogy networking is all the rage on the internet, and one fast-growing website in that genre is announcing its latest improvements.
The free to join FamilyLink.com is part of the even faster growing WorldVitalRecords.com family of websites.
This week FamilyLink debuted a brand new look. While it’s still in its beta phase, thousands of members have already signed up to share their family research with others around the globe.
The new features you’ll find on FamilyLink include a family tree viewer for building your own trees, adding to the trees of others, or having others add to your trees.
There’s also a feature for searching for people by geographical area to locate either researchers looking for ancestors from a certain place, or individuals who currently live in that location.
FamilyLink says it added the new features, and others, after seeking input from its website users about what top ten improvements they would like to see on the site.
